74 BLIK

R. M. Hare defines 'blik' as a kind of idée fixe. A lot of Art Language work turns out to be non-academic: reading, conversing, talking, etc. , looks a bit silly when we channel these proceedings into products or bliks. We get overwhelmed by our bliks. Talking about 'pieces of paper' we fall into the blik of stylistic consistency.
