210 LEARNING

Learning involves recognition of what has been said. In the case of a community this involves recognition of each individual's as well as the group's presuppositions. As such, any heuristic is expedient insofar as it induces this recognition ( as rapidly as possible). These 'blurts' are more expedient than well-developed time consuming arguments.
