326 STEREOTYPE
A stereotype is a stylised description, a cliche, an oversimplification --all with little regard for the context in which the activity occurred. (For example, 'science' is stereotyped as 'objective' and involving 'thinking' and 'sensation'. Art, on the other hand, enjoys the activity of 'feeling' and 'intuition', in general subjective).
